Logistics
Arrivals: Please enter the building from the One Beacon Street entrance. The downstairs desk will have all guest names and provide elevator instructions for arriving to the 32nd floor. Once you are on the 32nd floor, please follow signs to the Boston Room.

Parking: Discounted parking at the One Beacon Garage for guests of this event begins at 4:00 sharp for $8. Prior to 4:00 it will be $40. There is also street parking available.
​
Food and beverage: We will have an open bar with beer and wine, as well as passed hors d'oeuvres.
​
Attire: Please wear whatever is most comfortable and feels right to you. Mary, Morgan, and Devin will be wearing semi-formal attire.

Tentative Schedule

​Saturday June 17: Tree planting in Orleans, Cape Cod.
​
Monday June 19: Yoga, 6:15-7:00 p.m.
Everyone is invited to join a free yoga class in the seaport area. Bring a towel from your hotel to use as a mat. This class will be located on the "greenway" on high street.
Tuesday June 20: Picnic in Boston at Christopher Columbus Park, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Morgan will provide blankets, non-alcoholic beverages, napkins, cups, cutlery. Pick up some food in one of the neighborhood shops and gather for a low-key picnic. There are restroom facilities in a nearby hotel. There are many restaurants to order from, there are also these food shops close by:

Golden Goose Market @ 179 Commercial Street: Great pre-made food, sliced fruit, general grocery items, and also has a deli and sandwiches made to order.

Ernesto's, Regina's, Locale are all really good and are in the "north end", close to Christopher Columbus Park. There are many other good pizza places close by depending on what kind you like.

Sweetgreen (for salad) and many other places will also deliver to the park or you can meet the delivery person in the downstairs lobby of Marriott Long Wharf.

Wednesday June 21: Celebration of Life., 4:00-6:30 p.m.

Accommodations: Please reach out to Morgan with your questions. Some of Tim's family will be staying in the North End and seaport and some will be staying in Downtown crossing. Recommended neighborhoods: North End, Seaport, Downtown Crossing, Beacon Hill, and West End. Another great neighborhood is the "South End" but just slightly farther away.
